Zach Lambert - Lead Pastor
Zach was born and raised in Austin where he met his wife, Amy, in the 6th grade. After graduating from Hardin-Simmons University, they moved to Dallas where Zach received a Master of Theology from Dallas Theological Seminary.
Zach likes to watch college basketball and listens to Christmas music year-round. He and Amy love discovering local Mexican food places, listening to live music, and playing with their son Judah.

Matt Gonzalez - Worship Pastor
Matt is originally from Carrollton, Texas where he met his wife, Emily, in kindergarten. He studied at Dallas Christian College and previously served as the Worship Pastor at Journey Community Church in Allen, Texas.
Matt enjoys making and listening to music, reading, and woodworking. He and Emily got married in 2012 and spend most of their free time with friends and family, trying new restaurants, watching movies, and playing with their awesome pit-boxer, Banksy.

Sonja DiNanno - Family Pastor
Sonja has lived most her life in Chicago where she went to DePaul University and received a degree in Acting and Directing. Previous to joining Restore’s staff, Sonja worked in kid’s ministry at Willow Creek Community Church in IL, and at Gateway Church in Austin.
Sonja loves photography, coffee and driving through the hill country. She loves spending time with her super techie husband Jeff, and their crazy and creative daughters Sofia and Lola. She also has a huge passion for helping families be the best they can be.

Mark Jordan - Care Director
Mark was born and raised in Chicago, Illinois and arrived in Houston, Texas during his teenage years where he met his wife Sylvian. He joined the Army after High School and completed a 27 year military career. After retirement Mark graduated from Dallas Theological Seminary with a Masters in Christian Leadership.
Mark loves coffee, country music and cooking. He is passionate about being a father of two, Matthew his son and Morgan his daughter.

Katie Arnold - Strategic Director
Katie was born and raised in the Midwest. After graduating from college with education and ministry degrees, she taught junior high ESL students in Richardson, Texas before moving overseas as a missionary. In conjunction with her role at Restore, Katie is on staff with the Texas-Oklahoma district of the Evangelical Free Church of America (EFCA) as the Director of Ministry Effectiveness, primarily working in the area of church planting.
Katie enjoys traveling and exploring new places, delving into deep conversations and being outdoors.

Kristy Montes-Guardado - Assistant Kids Ministry Director
Kristy was born and raised in California and recently moved to Austin with her family. She has been married to her husband Franklin for 7 years and they are the proud parents of a vibrant little girl named Ileana. In addition to her role at Restore she is a Project Coordinator for Union Rescue Mission’s Hope Gardens Family Center. Hope Gardens is a transitional living facility for women and children experiencing homelessness, domestic violence, and drug abuse. She also has several years’ experience serving in youth ministry and is currently finishing her Masters of Divinity at Fuller Seminary.
Kristy enjoys the outdoors, weightlifting, and building relationships. She loves spending time with family and savors the moments she has with her daughter. She also has a passion for people to know they are loved by a mighty God.
Aaron Carter - Creative Producer
Aaron is from Chicago, Illinois, and moved to Austin in early 2018. He earned his BA and MA in Digital Media at Baylor University.
Aaron produces internet radio and enjoys reading, writing, and hanging out with friends in his spare time.
Jordan Friedman - Intern
Jordan was born in Houston, Texas, and spent a short time living in Dallas before moving to Austin in 2001. He studied kinesiology at Austin Community College, spent some time as a youth leader at Journey Bible Fellowship, and also had a stint in the United States Coast Guard.
Jordan loves drinking coffee, listening to music, and is an avid outdoorsman who loves to hike, swim, run, bike, and throw frisbee. He is also a dog-dad to a rescue puppy named Ziggy.
